If we shipped you incorrect product, or if product arrived defective or damaged, you may return product for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. Contact us within 30 days of the item's original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. After we receive the returned product we will send replacements, issue store credit or issue a refund for your purchase, provided the product is returned to us new, unused and in the original packaging.
